There's several nicely rendered flashbacks/memories of Cloud's of Zack in CC, all of which are easily accounted for, except one:
This is possibly from the VR room, and thus Cloud probably met Zack the first time with Zack unawares, during a squatting competition. As this is something (somewhat optional) that you can do in-game but actually miss, something similar to this apparently happened in actual canon and Cloud probably fell down on his ass when unable to keep up with Zack's squats.
